Kim (Asa Akira), recovering from an unexpected breakup with her husband David (Brad Armstrong), moves to a new place. Her neighbor Shane (Damon Dice), immediately introduces himself and begins helping her around the house. Despite the age difference, the attraction between them quickly intensifies, and Kim finds it impossible to resist his charms. Still not ready to leave her twelve-year marriage and , Kim decides to break up with Shane and try to forgive her husband.
