The Crackdown is the third and final segment of the Hooked On Hispanics trilogy from the Latino Fan Club. At L.I.C.K.I.T., a halfway house rehabilitation center, the latinos are still trying to get off, and the illicit aphrodisiac still flourishes. The film opens with the same segment as in part one: M. Vic Mann is in bed with his boyfriend, Macho Melendez. Melendez is anxious to get to work as T-Jay Colon is coming by with a sample of the new .
