About video: Mrs. Williams is shocked to receive a visit from the Local Education Authority's Truancy Officer, Miss Kendle (Christina). The officer explains that young Felicity Williams has been absent from school for many days over the last 10 weeks or so and she has come to investigate the matter.
Felicity's is dumbfounded by the news and cannot believe that her girl would ever dare to play truant, however, it is agreed that the schoolgirl should be brought before them to explain herself to Miss Kendle.
Felicity is summoned downstairs where Miss Kendle confronts the girl with the evidence of her truancy, in the form of computer records of her recent attendance. Felicity denies the allegations, saying that the records must belong to another Felicity at the school. The truancy officer dismisses such claims, as the records pertain directly to Felicity Williams, of which there is only one!
Mrs. Williams is very cross and disappointed with her friend and suggests the girl should be punished in some way. However, nothing could prepare her for the shocking news that Miss Kendle was about to announce. It seems that due to a change in the law, parents are now held responsible, should their children play truant from school and the officer explains that the authorities will now take her to court, with the strong possibility of her receiving a prison sentence for her friend's bad behaviour. Mrs. Williams is mortified and almost lost for words when she hears this and begs Miss Kendle to think of an alternative course of action. The truancy officer, herself a little annoyed at the thought of Felicity escaping any form of punishment, suggests that the only way to avoid court action, is for both accept corporal punishment from her. Mrs. Williams, terrified by the thought of prison, readily agrees to these terms, much to her friend's dismay!
Felicity is sent upstairs to change into her school uniform and when she returns, she witnesses Miss Kendle's knee with her knickers around her ankles, receiving a very hard spanking on her bare bottom.
