Kieran is back – and not a day too soon. The reason it's taken so long is due to a very painful broken ankle he sustained while playing rugby. Following some brief hospitalisation he's been back home in Ireland getting some TLC from his mum and after spending two months with his leg in plaster and virtually no exercise Kieran shows us his current body status as he begins his before-and-after photoshoot and prepares for a brand new body for 2014.

We're back down on the South coast to meet twenty-year-old fun-loving Thomas who had been very keen to model for us, phoning and texting every night after our initial contact to make sure we would consider him for TFE on our next trip to his area. Thomas is a hardworking tree-surgeon by day and a self-confessed attention seeker by night who wants to sleep with as many pretty girls as possible and who is just a tiny bit obsessed with his appearance. After a long hard day cutting down trees he loves nothing better than to be pampered at his local hairdressing salon: he'll top up his tan (he keeps his boxers on for a natural set of tan lines) and he'll get himself manscaped; chest and tummy hair is removed and he'll even have his eyebrows waxed. This is a record of the first time we met him; a quick coffee and interview on the beach progressed to some kit-off shots back at the sea front hotel, but Thomas was surprised that performing on demand is not as easy as it looks...
