It's been over four years since we featured David Kahn when the website was a photography-only affair and we've subsequently been asked countless times to bring the mysterious man back for a follow-up shoot and film. We finally caught up with him while he was – luckily –travelling alone. In fact Tony employs several family members – we were greeted at the door by a burley cousin who Tony had flown in from Italy to help him on the door for the first few weeks. Tony of course is a natural host and being surrounded by half-naked women all night suits him down to the ground. When asked if he does the casting himself Tony says, "Of course! I tell them to move and twist their bodies and give me an erection without touching me..." We enter Tony's club the Sunday morning after the official opening – it's funny to hear what he has to say about his ex-doorman Fraser (from TFE).

After a resolve to make things work at home again for the sake of the kids, his marriage simply imploded: there's no going back now; even his beloved dog suddenly died. Frank has found himself a new lady: a Facebook fan who also competes in weightlifting competitions – she actually could be one of Britain's strongest women in a few years. This young mum has welcomed Frank into her home and even her little girl is thrilled to have a new step-dad to practise her make-up and manicure skills on.  We made the mistake of saying how much leaner in the face Frank looked since we last saw him which is rather like telling an anorexic they look well. Frank is not happy to have lost a great deal of body weight recently but admits he has now stopped training for bodybuilding comps has now returned to competitive strong man training instead. We'll let him tell you about this and lots more to as puts on a solo direct to the camera in this two-part feature.
